Product overview

In your own language.

A customer can browse the menu or describe what they want to eat. Agentic Ordering brings menu discovery and an AI conversation into the same ordering journey, with a shared basket that stays visible as the order takes shape.

The assistant works with the restaurant menu, helps with options and quantities, and responds to changes in preference or budget. Guests and registered customers can review the same order before continuing.

Checkout produces a calculated quote for the customer to confirm. Cash-on-delivery ordering then hands the confirmed order to the restaurant, where the kitchen updates its fulfilment status.

Product questions

Agentic Ordering: common questions.

Can an AI ordering agent work with an existing menu, POS or messaging channel?

Yes, as scoped project work rather than something this demonstration already does. In the demo, the assistant works from the restaurant menu and its prices, shares one basket and checkout with conventional menu browsing, and hands confirmed cash-on-delivery orders to a built-in kitchen workspace. Connecting your menu source, POS or a channel such as WhatsApp is scoped per project. The fit depends on whether your POS or menu system exposes items, options, prices and availability through an API or export, how confirmed orders should reach the kitchen, which payment methods you need, and what the messaging channel allows for an ordering flow.

Does the assistant place orders by itself?

The customer reviews and explicitly confirms the calculated order. The film demonstrates cash-on-delivery checkout, not autonomous spending.

A great meal should start with an appetite. Not a maze of menus. Meet Agentic Ordering. Turn what you want into an order, through a conversation. In your own language. Just tell the assistant what sounds good, how many people you're ordering for, and your budget. It brings that context together, then looks for choices from the restaurant's menu. Relevant food. Real menu prices. Here, two regular chicken biryanis fit the plan. Explore the dish, choose your spice level, and see exactly what you're adding. Want to change something? Keep talking. Adjust the quantity, remove an item, or refine your choice without starting again. The conversation and your basket stay connected. Items, quantities, delivery, and the total come together in one clear view. When you're ready, review the order and confirm it yourself. The system checks current prices and availability before placing it. You're in control. Then the kitchen takes over. Your order moves from preparation to dispatch, with updates you can follow. From craving to confirmation. One natural conversation. Agentic Ordering. Built by Aivora Labs.
