How delivery works
Seven stages. Clear ownership.
Each stage is run by agents built for that stage. A named senior engineer approves the first six gates; your team accepts the final handover. The gates are the product.

The process covers requirements, architecture, product and interface design, implementation, QA and security, release, and documentation and handover. A senior engineer approves the first six gates; the client team accepts the final handover.
Who owns the finished software?
The published delivery model includes transfer of the code, models, prompts, infrastructure and documentation to the client. Scope, price, handover and warranty terms are agreed in the engagement contract.
