AivoraLabs · Software development studio

Custom software for the way your business works.

We build business systems, customer apps and AI workflows around your team’s needs. Explore relevant work, then talk with us about a practical first scope.

Clear scope. Engineering review. Documented handover.

Explore AI workflows

Selected work

See what these ideas
look like in practice.

Explore an operations system, a logistics product and an AI ordering workflow. Each demonstration explains what the software does and who it is for.

Product demonstrations show workflows and capabilities. They are not independently verified customer results.

A practical first step

Start with a conversation.
Agree the work before it starts.

You do not need to choose a contract before telling us about your project.

01 / FREE

Talk through your needs

Share your users, current workflow and priorities. We will discuss fit and a useful next step.

02 / PAID, IF NEEDED

Define the first scope

Discovery can clarify requirements, risks and architecture. Any prototype, fee and schedule are agreed in advance.

03 / AGREED PROPOSAL

Build, review and hand over

Choose a defined build or ongoing engineering support, with milestones, review responsibilities and handover written down.

Discuss your project

How we work

AI assists the work.
People own the decisions.

A delivery lead coordinates your project. Engineers review the work; your team reviews milestones and accepts the handover.

Scope you can review

Deliverables, exclusions, dependencies and acceptance criteria before the build.

Progress you can see

Working demonstrations and agreed review points, with changes discussed before implementation.

A usable handover

Agreed code, documentation and access, with licences and support responsibilities explained.

Explore our delivery stages and film

The film introduces the delivery approach. Your proposal defines the stages, milestones and responsibilities for your project.

A 75-second animation of the Aivora method: AI agents organise requirements, compare architecture, design product interfaces, implement in parallel, test quality and security, prepare a release with rollback, and collect documentation for handover. Senior engineers approve the first six gates; your team accepts the final handover. The seven stages are described in full below.

01

Requirements

Clarify users, workflows, priorities and open questions. AI can help organise the material; people agree the scope.

02

Architecture

Compare implementation options, integrations and trade-offs against the agreed requirements.

03

Product and interface design

Design the core journeys, important screen states and content for review before implementation.

04

Implementation

Build against the agreed plan, using AI assistance where useful and engineering review before merging changes.

05

QA and security

Test the agreed workflows, failure cases and access boundaries. Record issues and release criteria.

06

Release

Prepare deployment, operational checks and a rollback plan appropriate to the application.

07

Documentation and handover

Deliver the agreed code, documentation and access. Review the handover and support responsibilities with your team.

Before we start

Your questions,
answered.

Scope, costs and handover should be clear before you commit.

Ask about your project
What should I bring to the first conversation?

Tell us who will use the software, what is difficult today and what a useful first version would do. A rough idea is enough. An existing brief or example is helpful, but optional.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first fit conversation is free. It helps us understand your needs and decide the next step. Discovery, prototypes and development are separate paid work, agreed before we start.

Can you give us a fixed price?

For a defined scope, we can propose a fixed fee with deliverables, assumptions and acceptance criteria. If the requirements are still uncertain, a paid discovery engagement can establish those details first.

How long will our project take?

The schedule depends on the scope, integrations, data readiness and review availability. We agree milestones in the proposal. A prototype tests a limited idea; it is not a promise to deliver an entire production system in two weeks.

Who owns the software after handover?

Ownership and handover are written into the agreement. We identify the project code, documentation and access you will receive, alongside any third-party services, open-source licences or existing components.

Can you improve an existing application?

Yes. We can review the current application and scope a migration, integration, new feature or ongoing engineering engagement. Launch support, warranty coverage and maintenance are agreed for the specific project.

Let’s find a useful first scope

What would you like
your software to do?

Tell us about your idea or the workflow you want to improve. We will review it and discuss a practical next step.

First fit conversation: free. Paid work starts with an agreed scope.
