Cookies and local storage.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small values a browser can send with website requests. Local storage keeps values in the browser for a website to read when needed; it is not automatically attached to every request.

Our public application does not currently set cookies of its own. We do not embed advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags. Fonts and product films are served as site assets rather than social or video embeds.

Storage used by the assistant

aivora.chat.session

A conversation identifier used to continue chat after a reload. It remains until cleared or replaced. Treat it as private because it identifies your conversation.

aivora.chat.transcript

A local copy of up to 40 recent messages and conversation state. The app restores it only while it is less than 12 hours old. An expired copy may remain in storage until replaced or cleared.

aivora.chat.pills-dismissed

Remembers that you dismissed or opened the assistant’s floating suggestions, so they do not keep returning. It remains until you clear site data. Starting a new conversation does not clear this preference.

These entries support chat or the preference you selected, not advertising. Conversation identifiers and content are sent to our API when needed to provide chat. See the Privacy Policy for server storage and AI processing.

If storage is blocked, chat can still operate during the current visit, but its conversation or preference may not survive a reload.

First-party website measurement

Our measurement records page visits, clicks, scroll depth, section viewing time, referrals, campaign information and broad device, country and language categories. A visit identifier stays in page memory rather than a persistent cookie or storage entry.

The server derives a daily-changing identifier from network and browser information. This is pseudonymous data. Enquiries and bookings may be linked to the visit that led to them, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Records older than the configured retention window, which is no more than 180 days, are eligible for deletion by maintenance. Deletion happens when that process runs, rather than precisely when each record reaches its age limit.

Your browser controls

• Opt out of measurement: enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in a browser that supports it. Our tracker respects these signals without disabling contact or booking features.
• Clear assistant storage: in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings, find aivoralabs.agency and clear its stored data. This removes the local conversation and suggestion preference.
• Start a new chat: when a conversation ends, Start over clears the saved session and transcript. The suggestion-dismissal preference remains.
• Block site storage: use your browser settings. Public pages remain available; some assistant continuity may be lost.

Clearing browser data does not delete records already sent to us. For server-side requests, see your privacy rights. Blocking API requests can also stop forms, bookings and chat; browser privacy signals are the more targeted measurement control.

Staff sign-in cookies

Our separate staff application uses authentication and security cookies after sign-in: aivora_refresh helps maintain the session, and aivora_csrf helps protect requests. These belong to the staff authentication service, not ordinary public browsing.

They are removed on logout or expire according to authentication session settings. They do not serve advertising purposes.

Changes and external services

If we introduce additional storage or tracking, we will update this page and provide a consent choice before activating it where applicable law requires one. Current assistant storage supports a feature or preference you request; simply browsing is not consent to unrelated tracking.
